In order to attain excellence one must first live a lifestyle of excellence. Excellence isn’t a destination; it’s an identity. Chad Hennings has lived this message through a nine year NFL career and three Super Bowl Championships with the Dallas Cowboys, forty five successful combat missions flying A10 jets with the Air Force, and as one of the most decorated college football players in NCAA history. Chad has taken this message across the world at the invitation of some of the most distinguished executive audiences ranging from American Airlines to Bank of America, General Motors to Citigroup, and a host of U.S. Governmental agencies. He has also been a philanthropic leader in the Dallas Ft Worth area as a member of the board of directors of Christian Community Action, an organization that provides assistance to atrisk families, and the establishment of Wingmen Ministries.
Chad challenges audiences to dare to be excellent and inspires businesses to create cultures of excellence. People and organizations don’t do great things to become great; great people and organizations do great things. Chad credits his post NFL career success to concepts he espouses on striving to live a life of excellence.

Chad and his wife, Tammy, have a son, Chase, and a daughter, Brenna. They currently reside in Flower Mound, Texas.

Praying Circles Around Your Marriage
Marriage is your most sacred relationship on this earth, and prayer is the single most powerful way to transform it. It's time to learn the relational truths in the legend of Honi the Circle Maker--a man bold enough to draw a circle in the sand and not leave it until God answered his impossible prayer. The commitment made in the sacred circle of marriage requires the same kind of boldness and resolve as the Circle Maker. Honi's prayer saved a generation, and your prayers can transform your relationship.

What your marriage will become is determined by how you pray. Bold prayers honor God. God honors bold prayers. Praying Circles around Your Marriage will empower you and your spouse to identify your greatest dreams for the most important relationship in your life, and pray the kind of audacious prayers in which God finds delight.

After all, your life together has a legacy to leave for future generations. It's time to start circling.
