McKinney City Councilman, District 4 - McKinney, Texas
Chuck Branch was elected to McKinney City Council for District 4 in 2015. He grew up in Richardson where he attended Elementary, Junior High and High School. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Council member Branch worked as an accountant for two years and subsequently moved into mortgage banking and finance, underwriting, managing and assisting with regional operations. In 2008, he began his current business helping people with disabilities. In 2009 he started Valiant Employment Services in McKinney. The business was incorporated in 2012 at which time the name was changed to Valiant Services Texas, Inc.

Council member Branch is married with four children and attends Gateway Church in Frisco. He accredits his success to his faith and belief in the Lord. His goals have always included helping people, and he looks forward to continuing that goal as Council member with the city of McKinney.
