Ron Luce
President, founder - Teen Mania Ministries
Ron Luce is the President and Founder of Teen Mania Ministries. He passionately declares the truth of the Gospel without compromise, challenging teenagers to take a stand for Christ in their schools, communities, and throughout the world. Raised in a broken home, Ron ran away at the age of 15 and became involved in drug and alcohol abuse. He found Jesus at age 16, and the life-transforming impact of Christ inspired Ron to dedicate his life to reaching young people. After receiving both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in counseling and psychology, Ron and his wife, Katie, started Teen Mania in 1986. They had nothing more than a hatchback car and a dream to raise up an army of young people who would change the world. The ministry has expanded world-wide and reaches hundreds of thousands each year with the life-transforming message of the gospel. Ron is a sought-after expert on teen issues and the influence of pop culture. Ron speaks around the world and has authored or co-authored 36 books helping parents and pastors understand the plight of today’s youth, showing them how all of us can be part of the solution. Resilient: Live Beyond a Feel-Good Faith and Build a Spiritual Foundation that Lasts
If your foundation is faulty, how will you stand?
We live in a “feel-good” culture. Somehow in a world where emotions were meant to enhance our lives we’ve allowed them to dominate. What’s more, we’re told that if we don’t follow our feelings we’re not being authentic. It is no wonder that this attitude follows us into our churches. As a result, when problems arise or good things don't happen as we expect, we question our faith, wondering why God doesn’t care.

Annie Lobert
Author
Annie Lobert is a survivor of more than a decade of sex trafficking—working as an exotic dancer and a high-class escort prostituted in Hawaii, Minneapolis, and Las Vegas. She is an internationally recognized expert and advocate of ministry to men and women in the commercial sex industry from her personal experience. She and her husband, Oz Fox, lead guitarist for the Christian rock band Stryper, live in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In her new book, Fallen: Out of the Sex Industry and Into the Arms of the Savior (Feb. 17, 2015), former high-class sex-trafficking victim Annie Lobert shares her jaw-dropping, heart-breaking story of how she was lured into and barely escaped the sex trafficking industry. Annie has since dedicated her life to helping those trapped in the sex industry escape from it.

The untold story is of the young girl next door, who chose a risqué and seemingly glamorous lifestyle as a call girl or stripper to earn some easy cash (not telling her parents of course). Before she knew it, she fell in love with a man who showed her love and attention, and soon after her elected profession became her worst nightmare.
Fallen: Out of the Sex Industry & Into the Arms of the Savior
Annie Lobert was not so different from most girls, growing up in a small town and experiencing common struggles with friends, school, and boys. But her home was filled with turmoil, and at nine years old she was sexually abused by an older girl and as a teenager was assaulted numerous times by boys who said they loved her just to get what they wanted. Feeling unloved, used, and abused, she struggled to find self-worth.

Lured by the almighty dollar, and with a skewed fairytale view of love, she was drawn toward the seductive whispers and open arms of the sex industry. Greed consumed her, the money an easy remedy to numb her brokenness, so she began a new life with a new name--Fallen. Settling under the lights of glamorous Las Vegas, she became one of the most sought-after high-class escorts, fielding calls from celebrities, musicians, politicians, and other men with endless supplies of cash.

But the lights weren't that bright. All that glitters isn't gold. And it wasn't long before the dream of getting all she ever wanted became the nightmare that plunged her into the darkest time of her life.
