Candy Noble is finishing her first term in the Texas House of Representatives, serving the people of House District 89 in Collin County. Candy serves on the House Committees on Ways & Means, Human Services, and General Investigating.
Representative Noble is the only freshman in the Texas House serving on both the Board of the Texas Conservative Coalition and for the Texas Conservative Coalition Research Institute. She is also honored to be serving on the Texas House Republican Caucus Policy Committee as one of the three at-large members.
In December of 2016, Candy served as the Texas Electoral College Chair, and had the honor of announcing that the Texas Electoral College gave President Trump his final needed Electoral College votes.
Candy has a degree in Education from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene. She serves on the Hardin-Simmons University Board of Development.
