Congressional Review Act – Stop the Feds Abuse of Power


Point of View has revealed some little-known provisions of a law passed in 1996. These provisions allow conservatives in Congress to strike down thousands of federal regulations written by unelected bureaucrats. Even more interesting, once a regulation has been overturned, the agencies cannot reissue a new one in “substantially the same form” ever again unless it is specifically authorized by future legislation.
