Congressional Review Act – Cut the Regulation Red Tape

There is a little-known provision in the Congressional Review Act that conservatives in Congress can use to strike down thousands of federal regulations written by unelected bureaucrats. Even more exciting, once a regulation has been overturned, the agencies cannot reissue a new one in “substantially the same form” ever again unless it is specifically authorized by future legislation.

TAKE ACTION here to encourage your Senators to use this law to reverse the damage done by out-of-control federal agencies.
