Don Wilton has been the senior pastor of the First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, SC, for over 27 years. He is the founder and president of The Encouraging Word, reaching people in all 50 states and internationally through television, radio, and the Internet. He has authored many books including his latest Saturdays with Billy. Dr. Wilton is a highly sought-after Bible expositor and is a frequent speaker for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, The Cove, Samaritan's Purse, and universities and seminaries around the world. Don and his wife, Karyn, have three grown children who serve the Lord in ministry. They are the proud "Chief" and "Duckie" for eight grandchildren.

Orlando Salazar is the National Vice Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly. He graduated with a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1980. He played Varsity Football for two years. Orlando currently resides in Dallas, Texas. He is married to Janet and has one son, Luke. Orlando is the owner of JLO Properties, LLC, a Commercial Real Estate Development. He is also co-owner of 44 Farms, providing Black Angus seed stock operation and beef production. In addition, he is also co-owner of Cornerstone Achievement Center, a school for children with special needs. He is the founder and Chairman of the Golf Fore Life Charity golf event benefiting Thrive Women’s Clinic, Dallas crisis pregnancy center, since 2010. He is a member of the Advisory Council of Verified News, an alternative news outlet that competes with the AP. He is co-founder of Hispanics United for America, a super PAC that is reaching Hispanic Business owners with conservatism, and which seeks out and develops conservative Hispanic candidates to run for public office in Texas. Orlando enjoys golf and fly fishing, and is fluent in Spanish.

Tina Aviles is the Vice Chair of the Dallas County Republican Party for the 2020 Biennium and a Grassroots Engagement Director with the Libre Initiative. Guided by her Christian faith, Tina is a political activist, advancing conservative values and supporting conservative candidates. Tina leads, trains, and develops fellow citizens to positively impact the political process.

Tina was honored in the 83rd Legislative Session of the Texas State Senate with an official resolution authored by Senator Don Huffines detailing her valuable contributions to the State of Texas and recognized by the Dallas County Republican Party in 2016 with a Reagan Award for her extensive volunteer work, among other distinctions. Selected by former Chairwoman Shorey, Tina served as the Hispanic Engagement Director for Dallas GOP. In preparation for the Presidential election, she led field teams for Trump Victory in the Dallas region and tackled screened voter registration, surpassing her personal goal of identifying and personally registering over 1000 conservative Texans to vote in 2020.

Tina is a pink enthusiast, and fruity tea aficionado. Tina and Israel, her husband of 29 years, live in Grand Prairie and had quite an adventure raising four children in a joy filled home. Their family legacy continues with the recent birth of their first grandson, Leo, and the ongoing care of some very special little people that call them Glammy and Gruncle.
