Reliable Truth: The Validity of the Bible in An Age of Skepticism
"I wanted to write a very scholarly book where a high school student or average man or woman would find it to be a compelling read," Simmons said. "What I had found in my research was that most books written on validity of the Bible were very scholarly, but there was nothing out there for average people." - Richard E. Simmons III
George Gilder
Author, Co-Founder - Discovery Institute
George Gilder—a highly influential thinker and chair of Discovery Institute’s Center on Wealth, Poverty, and Morality—first championed the free market as a key architect of President Ronald Reagan’s “supply-side” economic policies of the 1980s. He received the White House Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence under President Reagan, and remains Reagan’s most frequently quoted living author. Over the years, Mr. Gilder has consistently demonstrated an instinct for foreseeing the impacts of new and emerging technologies—including the Internet and the high-tech economy to which it has given rise. His New York Times bestseller Wealth and Poverty—the powerful and timeless defense of capitalism for which he is best known—was recently updated and re-issued.
The Scandal of Money: Why Wall Street Recovers but the Economy Never Does
Why do conservatives have such a hard time winning the economic debate in the court of public opinion? Simple, George Gilder says: conservatives misunderstand economics almost as badly as liberals do. Republicans have been running on tax cut proposals since the era of Harding and Coolidge without seriously addressing the key problems of a global economy in decline. Enough is enough. Gilder, author of New York Times bestseller Wealth and Poverty, proposes a completely new framework for understanding economic growth that will replace failed 20th century conservative economics and turn the economic debate—and the country—around.
New Gilder Book: The Scandal of Money
If it’s true that “it’s the economy, stupid,” the Democrats should be sitting ducks in 2016. After the crash of 2008 and the Great Recession, America got the weakest recovery in a century. The problem is that the Republicans are just as clueless as their opponents. The GOP can’t win the debate—and the election—with the same old shtick.

George Gilder, who revolutionized free-market thinking with his bestselling Wealth and Poverty, does it again with The Scandal of Money. Worn-out doctrines of monetary manipulation are smothering innovation, bloating the financial sector, and crushing the middle class.
Religious Freedom vs. Transgendered Rights
Our nation’s centuries-old commitment to free speech and religious liberty was already under threat. But it took men wanting to use women’s bathrooms and vice versa for the Left to truly show its hand, plainly ...
