First, I just want to extend my sincere gratitude to the many of you who lifted me up in prayer during a very trying week of my life. There are not too many who survive a motorcycle crash on an interstate highway going 75 mph, which was the speed limit.

That fact is not lost on me, and my being able to sit with my bandaged arms and hands and type this weekly missive once again is a blessing. I am here because of your prayers, and God’s grace. And I am still here to be a principled, reasoned, resolute, and courageous voice in the American conservative movement.

Yes, I am here, but I want to talk about a man who is not.

His name is George Floyd of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was arrested by local city police on a charge of forgery involving a $20 bill. George was acquiescent and compliant with the law enforcement officers as he was handcuffed, then something went horribly, tragically wrong.

It would appear, based on the video that we have all seen, that  a very sick, demented, evil, law enforcement officer put his full weight, via his left knee, upon the carotid artery of Mr. Floyd, who begged for his life. In the end, George Floyd, arrested for forgery, handcuffed, lying on the ground with four officers hovering over him, was dead.

Initially, the officers were fired, and now the perpetrator of this brutal, savage, and despicable crime has been arrested and charged with third-degree murder. That charge is insulting, it should be first degree murder and the three other officers should be arrested and charged as accomplices to first degree murder.

There is not a single person in these United States who would side with those four Minneapolis police officers, who it seems have had previous complaint brought against them. I have spoken to many of my dear friends in law enforcement, and they are angry with these officers who have tarnished the reputation of our national law enforcement officers, as have others in the past.

 And sadly, as one could have predicted, the usual suspects are not allowing a good crisis to go to waste.

Violent protests have erupted all over our nation now, and I must ask, do any of these people remember George Floyd? What does storming the CNN headquarters in Atlanta, spray painting the Texas State Capitol, shutting down I-95 in Miami, closing malls in Dallas, and many other instances of wanton violence, have to do with George Floyd?

There are small business owners, such as the Black man who put his life’s savings into a sports bar, who have watched their businesses be destroyed. And to think, they were trying to turn the corner out of the COVID-19 issue. Speaking of which, these instigators of violence do not seem to be practicing “social distancing.” Of course, these cretins are wearing masks to hide their identity, not for any public good.

It is amazing to me that there are some governors and mayors who are struggling to condemn what can only be described as domestic terrorism. This is not about George Floyd. It is about the anarchy of the progressive socialist left’s two spawns of the devil, Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM).

How interesting that we never see the latter group protesting the abject genocide of pre-born Black babies at the hands of an organization founded by a white supremacist and racist, Margaret Sanger’s Planned Parenthood. You never see BLM in any of the urban center Black communities speaking out against black on black violence and crime, which is far more regular, almost routine. They never speak out against the very political structure that created these abhorrent conditions by way of their policies.

Truth be told, George Floyd’s horrific murder is not something they remember, it is something they exploit. And shame upon the same ol’ cast of mindless lemmings and useful idiots who answer the call each time to enact violence upon our streets. Like the great Yogi Berra said, “it’s déjà vu’ all over again”.

Yes, this is domestic terrorism and groups such as Antifa and BLM should have long ago been classified as domestic terrorist organizations. I find it utterly appalling that social media platforms would threaten censorship against conservative groups organizing rallies against this illegal martial law and house arrest unconstitutionally implemented by despotic Governors and local elected officials. However, these domestic terrorist groups are using social media to organize and issue orders to enact violence all over our Nation.

Most people arrested in Minneapolis for committing crimes and violence have been from outside the area, even outside the state. I would tend to believe you are seeing the same, outside agitators infiltrating and causing distress and violence across America. And again, there are some governors and mayors who find comfort in condemning President Trump, and not the very anarchists destroying businesses, lives, and property in their areas of responsibility.

Let us endeavor to remember George Floyd, who was not a violent criminal, but died under the tyrannical knee of a someone who abused their power and position. And in remembering George Floyd, let us remember the despotism and tyranny of some who are in elected positions in America.

The same political philosophy that gave birth to Antifa and BLM would put their knee upon the freedoms, liberty, and individual rights of Americans until they choked them out.  In in the end, it’s the same result — death of a man, death of a nation.
