Bianca Davis serves as Chief Executive Officer of New Friends New Life (NFNL), a leading nonprofit agency in Dallas, Texas that restores and empowers women and girls who have been trafficked or exploited. She joined New Friends New Life in August 2018 as Chief Development Officer until her appointment to CEO in January 2021.

Bianca describes herself as an optimistic servant leader who plants seeds and builds authentic relationships wherever she goes. “My life’s mission statement is to use my gifts and talents to inspire others into action.”

Bianca has a combined 20 years of experience in healthcare communications and social services. Prior to joining NFNL, she served as senior director of fund and community development for Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support, a local domestic violence recovery agency, after serving as communications manager for Medical City Dallas Hospital where she spent nine years leading community engagement, internal campaigns, and shaping the organizational culture.

Bianca holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and a master's degree in organizational communication from Dallas Baptist University.

Bianca was most recently named a Presidential Leadership Scholar for the Class of 2023. In 2022, she was named to the D CEO Magazine’s Dallas 500 Most Influential and Powerful CEOs list. Bianca was also named Woman of the Year for the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club (NANBPWC – Garland Chapter), and an Unstoppable Woman by NBC5-DFW. In 2021, she graduated from the Dallas FBI Citizens Academy.

Bianca is a current member of The Links, Incorporated Trinity (TX) Chapter.

Vladimir Pikman was born to a Jewish family in Kiev (Ukraine). Through different circumstances in his life, both in Ukraine and Israel, and through his personal study of the Old Testament he came to the faith in Jesus the Messiah at the age of 22. Vladimir committed his life to bring the Gospel to his Jewish people. Since 1992 serving in different countries of Europe and worldwide, he has led Jewish outreaches and started several messianic congregations. God has used Vladimir to lead many people to the Lord, to find and equip new ministers and to start new messianic ministries in several countries.

Vladimir is the founding Executive Director of Beit Sar Shalom, the largest Jewish-messianic ministry in Europe, and the Rabbi of the messianic congregation in Berlin. In Chosen People Global Ministries (the network of Jewish ministries in 19 countries) he helps in coordinating the ministry in Western and Eastern Europe. He was the founding President of the German Messianic Jewish Alliance and is the Vice-President of the International Messianic Jewish Alliance. He has directly planted five congregations and helped started new ministry outreaches and congregations in numerous cities in Germany, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Italy, Holland, Poland, Finland, and France. In 2000, Vladimir was ordained as a messianic Rabbi.

Vladimir holds ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary and has just finished his PhD dissertation. He is Adjunct Professor and Director for Jewish Studies and Ministries with Dallas Theological Seminary.

Vladimir and Inna are based in Berlin, Germany. They have two adult daughters, Elisabeth (23) and Rose Shoshannah (20).
