Bill Lawrence is the President of Leader Formation International (LFI) as well as Senior Professor Emeritus of Pastoral Ministries and Adjunct Professor of DMin Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Bill began LFI in 2002 to minister to leaders around the world who are impacting the nations for Christ. Having watched God form his own life as a leader-mentor over thirty-seven years in ministry (including twelve years as a founding pastor, twelve years as the Executive Director of the Center for Christian Leadership, and over twenty-three years as a seminary faculty member), Bill helps other leaders recognize the reality that their success as a leader depends upon God’s formative work in their heart. Bill has been privileged to personally serve leaders in Asia, Central Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Africa. He has also produced a six-part video/workbook series, Forming Davids for the 21st Century, which is a perfect resource to help groups of individual leaders engage with each other in the leader formation journey.

Chip serves as CEO & Teaching Pastor of Living on the Edge – an international teaching and discipleship ministry. For over thirty-five years, Chip has pastored churches and served as president of Walk Thru the Bible. Chip holds an M.S. degree from West Virginia University and a Th.M. degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has authored 15 books, including The Real God, Culture Shock and The Real Heaven. Reaching more than a million people a week, his teaching can be heard online and through hundreds of radio and television outlets worldwide. Ingram covers Bible truth about God’s perspective on marriage, understanding love and sex, raising kids, money, and how to live the Christian life in today’s culture. Chip and his wife, Theresa, have four grown children and eleven grandchildren.

Jimmy Meeks is a retired police officer, having served 35 years in law-enforcement. Jimmy has also been a minister for over 44 years. As an officer, he served as a hostage negotiator, field training officer, school resource officer, detective, supervisor, and crime prevention officer. He has accumulated over 4500 hours of TCOLE training. He has also been a certified crime prevention specialist.

He was pastor of a church in the Ft. Worth area for over 11 years, while also serving as a police officer. Jimmy has a B.A. in Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Certificate of Ministry from Emmaus Road Ministry School. He has conducted over 250 seminars for churches since 2009, at which over 5000 churches have been represented. It has been said of his presentation, "...there has never been a stronger call to action..."

Jimmy and his wife of 40 years, Julie, were married at the First Baptist Church of Daingerfield, Texas, the sight of the June 22, 1980 massacre that killed 5 - and injured 10. Jimmy was also a production assistant in the award-winning docudrama Faith Under Fire, based on the tragedy at First Baptist Church in Daingerfield, Texas.
