The Justice Foundation represents the women and men of Operation Outcry, a ministry of The Justice Foundation that seeks to end the pain of abortion in America and around the world by mobilizing women and men hurt by abortion to become witnesses who share their true stories of the devastating effects of abortion through courts and legislatures. Operation Outcry holds the largest collection in the world of legally admissible, written testimonies from women hurt by abortion.
Mr. Parker received his J.D. degree with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979. He was an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review, a Chancellor, Order of the Coif, and Order of Barristers for his outstanding advocacy skills. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Economics in 1974.
Anne's publications include Healthy Sex Education in Your Schools: A Parent's Manual published by Focus on the Family, and two reports: High School Health Textbooks: Hazardous to Your Children's Health, and The Sex Pushers: Your Children the Target.
At the 2018 Republican State Convention, she amended one of the Party’s five legislative priorities to include prohibiting Planned Parenthood in Public Schools.
Anne launched Speak Up TX in 2019 to provide information and resources about current issues to parents and other Texas citizens. During the recent Texas legislative session, Anne testified at hearings and issued action alerts concerning sex education and prolife issues and children’s access to pornography in public schools.
Anne has two grown children and five grandchildren. She lives with her husband in Boerne, TX.
Ross has authored or coauthored a number of pieces on a variety of topics, including articles, policy briefs, issue papers, school profiles, and blogs. His editorials have been published by national, state, and local media outlets. He has assisted in the production of amicus briefs for the Colorado Supreme Court on important education issues, and has also been involved in legal disputes related to collective bargaining. Ross has appeared in and narrated Independence Institute videos in support of school choice and other education reform efforts, and he is frequently cited by a variety of news sources.
Ross was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado and an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs.
Ross lives in Douglas County, Colorado, with his wife and two young sons.
