Andy McQuitty is a graduate of Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois and of Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas.

A single mom and only parent, farmer by profession, and Best Selling and Award Winning Children’s Book Author, Rebecca Crownover uses her life experiences to inspire children and their parents through her writing. Becca, Adam and their 5-year-old daughter Acie are a perfect family until a tragic accident during a 4th of July celebration kills Adam. Struggling with the grieving process, Becca decides she needs to step away from the family farm and all its reminders of the life she once had. She leaves Acie with her grandfather Rick and visits with her old friend from school, June. With all the best intentions, June offers Becca plenty of distraction from her shattered family life. Fueled by her anger at God and loss of faith, Becca starts drinking heavily and making other self-destructive choices. Then, after Becca is arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, Ben threatens to keep Acie until Becca sets herself right. A chance encounter in a bus station with a guitar-toting traveler gives Becca the inspiration she needs to reignite her faith and reunite her family.

My Daddy Is In Heaven With Jesus is a simple and straight forward true story of a child, Acie, who lost her dad in an ATV accident. Acie tells the story from a 2 1/2 year old mindset how the accident occurred, the questions she asked as she dealt with the loss of her dad with a positive ending of peace and hope for the future. Additionly, the book has beautiful and colorful illustrations by Italian illustrator, Elisa Moriconi that keep the child tuned in with even more interest. The Author has also written a life touching forward that makes My Daddy Is In Heaven With Jesus appeal to adults who have experienced tragedy or loss of a parent.
