2016 Year in Preview
It appears that the market is in the process of topping out, probably the final stage. As I’ve often said, market tops are generally not an event but a process, which can take 12-18 months. My view remains unchanged, and thus far I’ve seen NOTHING that doesn’t align with our April Special Report entitled “ 2015 Year in Pictures: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.”
