Fred trusted Christ as Savior at age nine. His call to missions came while a teenager and was reaffirmed years later to both him and his wife Dawn during a mission conference. As they sought the Lord for direction and His timing, they continued serving in their church and raised four children. Through their children’s involvement with the CEF program, Christian Youth in Action, Fred and Dawn recognized the profound impact of CEF in the lives of children, teens and adults. As a result, they accepted the invitation to join CEF ministry in 2003.
