Matt Rinaldi first won election to the Texas House of Representatives in 2014, and is proud to serve the residents of House District 115, encompassing northwest Dallas County. Representative Rinaldi sits on both the Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence and the Committee on Agriculture & Livestock. Representative Rinaldi attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Economics, and Boston University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude. He is currently a healthcare attorney, and a corporate director of a publicly-traded real estate investment trust in the hotel and hospitality industry. Representative Rinaldi is a trusted source on constitutional issues and has spoken extensively on these matters throughout the state and on FoxNews Radio affiliates throughout the country. He is a strong advocate for limited government, pro-liberty and free market policies, secure borders, education, Second Amendment rights, and the protection of life. Matt is deeply involved in civic and charitable activities across House District 115, and represented under-privileged families in the "Adoption Saturday" project, a program developed to speed the adoption of abused and neglected children in Dallas County. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and an alumnus of Leadership Irving/Las Colinas. Matt attends St. Ann Catholic Parish in Coppell with his wife Corley and son Rush.

Bauer served in President Ronald Reagan's administration for eight years, as Under Secretary of Education and Chief Domestic Policy Advisor.

After leaving the Reagan White House, Bauer became President of the Family Research Council and a Senior Vice President of Focus on the Family.

Bauer took his pro-family, pro-life message across the country during the 2000 Republican presidential primaries and debates.

Today, Bauer serves as Chairman of Campaign for Working Families PAC, dedicated to electing conservative candidates to Congress, and as President of American Values, an educational non-profit organization. He writes a weekly column at Human Events and co-hosts a weekend talk show on Sirius/XM Radio.

In 1973, Bauer received his law degree from Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C. He is married to the former Carol Hoke, and lives in Virginia. Gary and Carol have three grown children.

His thoughtful commentaries also are published by media outlets such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Dallas Morning News, Foxnews.com, The Huffington Post, TheBlaze and Religion News Service. He is the author of seven books, including his most recent, “Radical Islam: What You Need to Know.”

Denison has taught philosophy of religion and apologetics for more than 30 years with four seminaries. He has spoken in China, Cuba, Brazil, Australia, Europe, Israel, Greece, Egypt, Bangladesh and Turkey. He leads frequent study tours in Israel, Greece and other countries in Europe.

He has served on the boards of Baylor Health Care System, Dallas Baptist University, Mercer University, George W. Truett Theological Seminary, B. H. Carroll Theological Institute, Howard Payne University and the Center for Christian Ethics at Baylor University.

He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religion and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Doctor of Divinity degree from Dallas Baptist University. Before founding the Denison Forum in 2009, he served as pastor of four churches in Texas and Georgia.

His wife, Janet, is a published author and speaker. They live in Dallas and have two adult sons.
