Scott Phillips serves as the Executive Director of Passages. Prior to joining Passages, he was the Midwest Outreach Director for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Scott also lived for three years in Israel with his wife Ashley, serving as the Christian travel brand manager for an Israeli travel company.
