His political analysis and commentary have appeared across the globe in publications such as the New York Times, The Washington Post, The Telegraph (London), and the Guardian. He is the author or co-author of two books, The Working-Class Republican: Ronald Reagan and the Return of Blue-Collar Conservatism and (with Dante J. Scala) The Four Faces of the Republican Party. He also hosts the Beyond the Polls podcast.
