Ronnie Floyd is a speaker, author, and encourager to business leaders. He is the founder of the Summit, a weekly luncheon in northwest Arkansas that has been attended by more than one hundred thousand business leaders since 2001. For over thirty-two years, Ronnie served as the senior pastor of Cross Church in northwest Arkansas. During this time, the church grew over twenty thousand members and expanded to three campuses. Ronnie has served as the former president of the National Day of Prayer Task Force, the president of the Southern Baptist Convention (2014–2016), and the president and CEO of the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee (2019–2021). Ronnie holds degrees from Howard Payne University and the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jeana, have two married sons and seven grandchildren. He is the host of the weekly podcast the For Leaders Podcast with Ronnie Floyd.
