Nathan Shackelford, JD
Director of Development | Associate General Counsel | Director of the Institute’s F3 Initative
Nathan Shackelford serves as First Liberty Institute’s Associate General Counsel and also is the Director of the Institute’s F3 initiative.
Nathan obtained his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate at Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. At SMU, Nathan focused on contracts and transactional related matters which he uses as his role at First Liberty. Nathan is also a speaker and often presents in front of large audiences throughout the country. In his role as the Director of the F3 Initiative, Nathan focuses on educating, equipping, and empowering those in their 20’s to 40’s on their religious freedom rights so that they can help protect their families and communities.
