Walker Moore is the president of Awe Star Ministries, is an internationally-known youth culture expert and conference speaker. He writes the “Rite of Passage Parenting” column and is the author of Rite of Passage Parenting: Four Essential Experiences to Equip Your Kids for Life. For over thirty-five years, Walker has challenged students to follow the will and the Word of God as they embrace the lifestyle of a missionary. He and his wife Cathy have two adult sons, Jeremiah and Caleb. Walker’s popular “Rite of Passage Parenting” column has appeared weekly in the Oklahoma Baptist Messenger for the past ten years.
