Richard E. Simmons, III founded The Center for Executive Leadership in 2002, after a 28 year career in the insurance industry. Many of those years were spent with Hilb, Rogal & Hamilton, where he served as CEO. Richard is the Executive Director of The Center, where he teaches men’s bible studies, counsels individuals, and oversees a talented group of professional and personal counselors. He is a frequent public speaker and published author. Richard has a Economics Degree from University of the South. Richard is married and has three children.
