Jodey Arrington was raised in Plainview, Texas, the son of a tractor salesman and a schoolteacher. Jodey graduated from Texas Tech and his passion of public service took him to Austin, Texas where he worked for Governor George W. Bush. He was then tapped by President Bush to join the White House as a senior advisor before being appointed as Chief of Staff to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. In 2007, he returned to West Texas where he was Vice Chancellor of the Texas Tech University System before taking the helm as President of a healthcare innovation company in Lubbock. In January of 2017, Jodey became only the fifth person to represent Texas’ 19th Congressional District since its formation in 1935. Starting his 3rd term in Congress, he continues to be an outspoken advocate for reining in the federal government, promoting agriculture and energy, strengthening national security, and respecting the Constitution while serving the largest agriculture and energy district in the United States. He further serves as Co-Chairman of the Rural Health Care Task Force, leads a bipartisan congressional delegation on fixing the national debt and reforming the federal budget process, and co-chairs the Congressional Term Limits Caucus. In addition, he was appointed to serve a second term as Deputy Chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee. And in 2021, he was appointed to the U.S. Congress’ Joint Economic Committee (JEC) by House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy. He is grateful to serve and is especially thankful for the tremendous sacrifice and support of his wife, Anne, and their three children.

Jodie Ballenger’s powerful life story intersects with husband Billy’s when they met as teens at a juvenile residential facility in Indiana, where they both sang in the choir. In the years prior, however, Jodie’s story is radically different as she was raised in abuse and neglect by her mother, who had been a prostitute, and a father who chose his new wife over her. Suffering mental, physical and sexual abuse, and abandonment and neglect, she knew at a young age she would need to learn to survive on her own. She began taking pills, smoking pot, and partying at the age of 9. She ran on the streets. When she met Billy, their paths became joined, eventually finding redemption before being sentenced to 6 years in prison. She and Billy grew in their faith while incarcerated, and after two years, were miraculously released and reunited with their daughter. They haven’t looked back, and have both together and individually, shared their stories with audiences around the world. Jodie documented her story in the 2020 book, Beautifully Unbroken – TheProstitute’s Daughter.

Coach Joe Kennedy, an eighteen-year Marine veteran, was an assistant coach for the Bremerton High School (BHS) varsity football team. Before he even coached his first game, the Marine-turned-football coach made a commitment to God that he would give thanks after each game for what the players had accomplished and for the opportunity to be part of their lives through football. This was met with disapproval from his school district and turned into a lengthy court battle. On June 27, 2022, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Coach Kennedy and his First Amendment right, and, on March 8, 2023, Coach Kennedy was officially reinstated as assistant coach and returned to the field for one game on September 1, 2023 before resigning. Joe and his wife, Denise, are parents to four and currently reside in Pensacola. His memoir, Average Joe, is available wherever books are sold, and there is a film, also called AVERAGE JOE, inspired by his life. He continues to speak across the country promoting freedom of speech.

Joe S. McIlhaney, Jr., M.D., is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist who resides in Plano, Texas. He moved to Plano in 2010 because of his wife, Marion. She had developed Alzheimer’s of which she died in 2018. He has three daughters and ten grandchildren. During his tenure as a private practitioner, he was active on the medical staff of St. David’s Community Hospital, including serving as President of the Medical Staff and member of the hospital’s Board of Trustees. As a physician, he focused his attention on reproductive technologies. He introduced laparoscopy, gynecologic laser surgery and microsurgery to the central Texas medical community. In 1984, along with three other physicians, Dr. McIlhaney was instrumental in founding one of the first successful non-university IVF programs in the country. Dr. McIlhaney was instrumental in the Hospital Board of Directors guidelines for the IVF program protecting human embryos. By limiting the number of eggs fertilized to those the husband and wife would agree in writing to receive back into the woman’s uterus, the number of excess embryos were almost eliminated. He also initiated one of the first dedicated women’s health centers in a private hospital in Texas at St. David’s Hospital during his tenure on the board. Dr. McIlhaney is the author of eight books including, 1250 Health-Care Questions Women Ask and Girls Uncovered and Hooked: The Brain Science on How Casual Sex Affects Human Development. Some of the books have been translated into foreign languages. His research for his books and the information in the books focused on the problems rampant in the USA and around the world, of STI’s, non-marital pregnancy and HIV/AID’s. As a result, he founded The Medical Institute for Sexual Health, a non-profit medical/educational research organization in 1992. In 1995, he left his private practice of twenty-eight years to devote his full-time attention to working with that organization. He retired from the Presidency of the Organization in 2005. He realized that there was no coordinated effort to provide healthy sexual guidance to young people in the United States. Many organizations around the country focused on guiding young people to being involved in sexual activity only if married. Dr. McIlhaney brought many of these issues together in the New Sexual Revolution Coalition. This group now consists of more than 400 groups and individuals working closely together. Dr. McIlhaney in early 2021 was then called back to leadership of the organization and continues in that role to the present.
