In addition to serving as president of the NE Tarrant Tea Party, Julie’s also a full-time real estate investor with her husband Fred, and a stay-home mom who homeschools their daughter Lizzy.

Fred and his wife,Julie, attended the first tea party rally in Dallas in April 2009. Therethey were recruited to begin a tea party in their own city of Grapevine. Soon they were asked to incorporate Southlake, and then Colleyville. Eventually it became all 14 cities of NE Tarrant, and now it's a statewidemovement with national recognition! Fred serves as President andTreasurer of the NETTP PAC, an arm of NE Tarrant Tea Party that vets andendorses candidates. Fred enjoys real estate, guns and pushing thelimits, and he's worked for AT&T for nearly 20 years. He has a Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing from Tarleton State University, and he attends FirstBaptist Grapevine with his wife and his daughter Lizzy. Lizzy and Julieboth will tell you that Fred is the one who provides the humor in thefamily. His most interesting story is "How I Became A DemocratPrecinct Chair". Ask him about it!
