David is the author of Rediscipling the White Church: From Cheap Diversity to True Solidarity and Plundered: The Tangled Roots of Racial and Environmental Injustice.
David is a former Director of Church Planting for the Evangelical Covenant Church. He is a graduate of Montreat College (BS, 1999), Wheaton College Graduate School (MA, 2003), and North Park Theological Seminary (MDiv, 2023).

Melissa Giller is the Chief Marketing Officer at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute, where she oversees marketing, PR, social media, public programming, and facility rentals. She has played a key role in securing major exhibitions, boosting the Reagan Library's visitor numbers, managing its social media presence, and organizing presidential debates and funerals for President and Mrs. Reagan. Previously, she was Director of Marketing at Style click (a USA Network company), where she launched two e-commerce ventures. She also held marketing roles at WebRadio.com, CyberMedia, and Norton-Lambert. Melissa serveson the boards of Patriotic Productions and the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce.She holds an MBA from Pepperdine and a BA in Communications from UC SantaBarbara.
