For eight years Penna Dexter served as co-host on Point of View with founder Marlin Maddoux. Following his passing in 2004, she has served as co-host and frequently as Kerby Anderson’s guest host. Her weekly commentaries are carried on the Point of View website and air on the Bott Radio Network.Penna’s heart is in educating and encouraging Christians to influence the culture and politics. She has also served as co-host and commentator on other local issues-based radio programs. She worked as a consultant overseeing the launch and production of the Family Research Council’s nationally syndicated radio program, Washington Watch Weekly. Penna’s interest in conservative politics and the issues that affect the family began when she was a child working on political campaigns with her parents. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in International Relations. She spent 8 years in the banking industry.Penna and her husband Todd have three children and nine grandchildren. They attend Christ Church, an Anglican congregation in Plano, Texas. Penna serves on the vestry and as a chalice bearer.

Jay W. Richards, Ph.D., is the Executive Editor of The Stream. He is an Assistant Research Professor in the School of Business and Economics at The Catholic University of America and a Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute. He is author of many books including the New York Times bestsellers Infiltrated (2013), and Indivisible (2012), co-authored with James Robison. He is also the author of Money, Greed, and God, winner of a 2010 Templeton Enterprise Award; and co-author of The Privileged Planet with astronomer Guillermo Gonzalez. His most recent book, co-authored with Jonathan Witt, is The Hobbit Party: The Vision of Freedom that J.R.R. Tolkien Got and the West Forgot. He has a Ph.D., with honors, in philosophy and theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.

Dr. Jim Denison, the founder and CEO of the Denison Forum, bridges faith and culture by engaging contemporary issues with biblical truth. Denison writes a free daily column that is distributed to more than 114,000 subscribers in 203 countries. His thoughtful commentaries also are published by media outlets such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Dallas Morning News, Foxnews.com, The Huffington Post, TheBlaze and Religion News Service. He is the author of seven books, including his most recent, “Radical Islam: What You Need to Know.” Denison has taught philosophy of religion and apologetics for more than 30 years with four seminaries. He has spoken in China, Cuba, Brazil, Australia, Europe, Israel, Greece, Egypt, Bangladesh and Turkey. He leads frequent study tours in Israel, Greece and other countries in Europe. He has served on the boards of Baylor Health Care System, Dallas Baptist University, Mercer University, George W. Truett Theological Seminary, B. H. Carroll Theological Institute, Howard Payne University and the Center for Christian Ethics at Baylor University. He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religion and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Doctor of Divinity degree from Dallas Baptist University. Before founding the Denison Forum in 2009, he served as pastor of four churches in Texas and Georgia. His wife, Janet, is a published author and speaker. They live in Dallas and have two adult sons.
