Heather Mac Donald is the Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute and author of the new book, The War on Cops. She is also a contributing editor of City Journal where her work has covered a wide range of topics, including policing and “racial” profiling, criminal justice reform, race relations, higher education, immigration, among others. Heather Mac Donald is a frequent media guest on Fox News Channel, CNN, and other national television and radio programs.
