Jeffery Corey has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive and consultant. He has held executive, software engineering and management positions at various Fortune 1000 Companies. Jeffery has almost been extremely active in helping Republicans engage black voters throughout the country by pointing out the benefits of limited government, strong education and entrepreneurship as a way out of poverty and into a better life. Today, Jeffery continues to provide branding, political and entrepreneurial consulting services as well as manage various technology based projects. He is a supporter of the Investing in Opportunities Act. The act allows investors to defer their capital gains taxes and invest them within underserved rural and urban areas as way of creating jobs and opportunities. Edward Retta is a professional cross cultural consultant who has worked in over 50 countries. He as lived and worked in Europe, South America and Africa. Edward is a native Dallasite and the former Vice Chairman for Hispanic Engagement for the Dallas Co. Republican Party. He was awarded by the DCRP as Republican Ambassador of the Year in 2018. Retta is one of the co-founders of the Latino Cultural Center in Dallas, an advisor to the Texas A&M Hispanic Network and an advisor to the Hispanic Republican Club of North Texas. He was recognized as a “New Hispanic Leader” by Al Dia newspaper and the Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and as a “National Hispanic Leader” by the American Jewish Committee. Retta is a product of the DISD, a graduate of Texas A&M University, an honors graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and also studied at Oxford University in England. He attended International Leadership School in Wales, UK. He is a member of Park Cities Baptist Church and an active lay leader in the Hispanic ministry there. Born and raised in Mexico, she came to Texas and followed the rules to become a United States citizen. Luisa enrolled at Southern Methodist University (SMU) where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees and a Master’s in Higher Education Policy and Leadership. She currently serves as SMU's executive director of the John G. Tower Center and is the founding executive director of the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center. Luisa is a Republican because her experience as an immigrant made her passionate about empowering people with freedom, opportunity and personal responsibility. She found those things in Texas. Luisa is committed to protecting our Republican free-market principles. Values that have given her and countless others an opportunity to succeed. She will keep taxes low and regulations reasonable, so Texas remains the nation’s leading job growth state. Education is the great equalizer and our best economic development tool.
