Marcie Gourley is a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in professional counseling. Her lifelong love of people, history, America, and faith began in childhood, when her father introduced her and her sisters to historical sites and political events. Marcie has coordinated the Pennsylvania chapter of American Christian Fiction Writers and co-founded a women’s ministry, contributing articles, radio spots, interviews, and speaking at events. Her stories and devotionals have been featured on radio programs and college campuses nationwide. In her counseling work, she applies her clinical research to provide support, develop curriculum, and prepare court reports. Marcie and her husband, Ed, live in Pennsylvania and have five adult children.
