Matt Rinaldi has been active in conservative politics for approximately 20 years, since, as a student at James Madison University, he made national news for his efforts to have the Pledge of Allegiance recited before student government meetings. More recently as a citizen-activist, he was among the first organizers of the Dallas Tea Party and is a coordinator for the Northwest Dallas County Tea Party Coalition. He has also served as Vice President of Programs for the Greater Irving Republican Club, and a member of the Metrocrest and Coppell Republican Clubs. Matt attends St. Ann's Catholic Parish.

Bauer served in President Ronald Reagan's administration for all eight years, as Under Secretary of Education and Chief Domestic Policy Advisor. After leaving the Reagan White House, Bauer became President of the Family Research Council and a Senior Vice President of Focus on the Family. Bauer took his pro-family, pro-life message across the country during the 2000 Republican presidential primaries and debates. Bauer served as a Trump appointee to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.For several years, he co-hosted the Bauer & Rose Show on the Sirius XM Network and the Bauer & Rose Podcast which was featured on Just The News.Today, he serves as President of American Values, an educational non-profit public policy organization, and as Chairman of Campaign for Working Families PAC, which is dedicated to electing conservative candidates to Congress. Bauer also serves as Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the Dr. James Dobson Family Institute.In 1973, Bauer received his law degree from Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C.  He is married to the former Carol Hoke, and lives in Virginia. His thoughtful commentaries also are published by media outlets such as The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Dallas Morning News, Foxnews.com, The Huffington Post, TheBlaze and Religion News Service. He is the author of seven books, including his most recent, “Radical Islam: What You Need to Know.” Denison has taught philosophy of religion and apologetics for more than 30 years with four seminaries. He has spoken in China, Cuba, Brazil, Australia, Europe, Israel, Greece, Egypt, Bangladesh and Turkey. He leads frequent study tours in Israel, Greece and other countries in Europe. He has served on the boards of Baylor Health Care System, Dallas Baptist University, Mercer University, George W. Truett Theological Seminary, B. H. Carroll Theological Institute, Howard Payne University and the Center for Christian Ethics at Baylor University. He earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Religion and a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Doctor of Divinity degree from Dallas Baptist University. Before founding the Denison Forum in 2009, he served as pastor of four churches in Texas and Georgia. His wife, Janet, is a published author and speaker. They live in Dallas and have two adult sons.
