Chelsey Youman serves as senior counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom’s Center for Public Policy. In her role, she promotes ADF’s policy and legislative work at the state level. Youman also implements legal, testimonial, messaging, and media strategies. Youman holds deep relationships with policymakers and allied leaders across the country. Through these vital partnerships, she advocates to affirm and advance strategic and constitutionally sound policies. She serves as an expert legal and strategic resource for some of the most impactful pro-life legislation in decades. Youman has led multiple statewide efforts to introduce and pass legislation for a post-Roe America. She works on landmark bills to stop abortion drug trafficking and serve pregnant women in need, including the Women and Child Protection Act and Texas Heartbeat Act. Youman serves as a leading voice in the media for the pro-life movement.
