Charles Dyer (BA, Washington Bible College; ThM and PhD, Dallas Theological Seminary) served as provost and dean of education at Moody Bible Institute before becoming professor-at-large of Bible at Moody and host of The Land and the Book radio program. Before coming to Moody, Charlie served for 20 years in multiple administrative and faculty roles at Dallas Theological Seminary, ultimately serving as executive vice president under Chuck Swindoll. In addition to his role as host of The Land and the Book radio program, Charlie is an Old Testament scholar and an authority on Middle Eastern history and geography. He also served as associate pastor of Grace Bible Church in Sun City, Arizona.

Charlie has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East for more than 30 years and has led more than 80 trips. Charlie is the author of numerous books, including A Voice in the Wilderness, What's Next?, The New Christian Traveler's Guide, Character Counts: The Power of Personal Integrity, and Thirty Days in the Land with Jesus. His most recent book is The ISIS Crisis: What You Really Need to Know. Charlie and his wife, Kathy, have been married for more than 40 years and have two grown children.

As Mission Eurasia’s president, Sergey Rakhuba casts the strategic vision for the organization and plays a leading role in developing and implementing strategic ministry models designed to transform the spiritual landscape of Eurasia. Originally from Ukraine and a resident for many years of Moscow, he has helped to establish 52 Evangelism and Church-Planting Centers in key regions of Eurasia, each of which provides training in evangelism and church planting for Christian workers and serves as a network for the distribution of Christian training materials and other resources for evangelism and growth. Evangelists have planted over 1,000 new churches with the training and resources they've received through these centers. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, where he studied International Ministries and Evangelism, Sergey and his wife, Tanya, have three children and live near Franklin, TN.
