Christianity is a picture of reality.
It explains why the world is the way it is. When the pieces of this puzzle are properly assembled, we see the big picture clearly. Christianity is a true story of how the world began, why the world is the way it is, what role humans play in the drama, and how all the plotlines of the story are resolved in the end.
In The Story of Reality, best-selling author and host of Stand to Reason, Gregory Koukl, explains the five words that form the narrative backbone of the Christian story.
Pastor Scudder was director of Victory In Grace television and radio for 10 years while Dr. Scudder, Sr. was the host of Victory In Grace. Afterwards, he pastored a fundamental church in the west suburbs of Chicago for 5 years, starting a Christian School during that time. In 2007, he was asked to return to QRBBC to serve alongside his father as executive pastor where they shared the pulpit and co-hosted Victory In Grace for almost a decade. During this time, Victory In Grace was seen and heard all over the world. Now, Pastor Scudder continues to proclaim God’s grace during In Grace broadcasts.
He is the author of Why Life Hurts and the co-author of Evangelism Made Simple. He and his wife, Karen, raised two daughters, both of which are married and working in full time ministry. Recently, Pastor Scudder became a proud grandfather!
With the aid of the Chicago-based firm Mauck & Baker, the group that calls itself the Illinois Bible Colleges Association filed a lawsuit last week against the Illinois Board of Higher Education in district court.
Colleges belonging to the group include Providence Baptist College of Elgin, United Faith Christian Institute and Bible College of Maywood, and the DaySpring Bible College and Seminary of Mundelein.
