Dr. Nick Pitts is the host of today’s Millennial Roundtable. He is joined by three other millennials, First Liberty’s Chelsey Youman, men’s minister David Fraga, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes’ Chris Avila.

She joined First Liberty Institute after working for a law firm in private practice, where she successfully litigated corporate fraud matters, complex commercial litigation, and consumer rights issues in both federal and state jurisdictions.
Youman received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University, where she was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient. She was also a member of the Board of Advocates, where she successfully argued in off-campus mock trial competitions, and was a member of the Aggie Law Society and SMU Christian Legal Society. During law school, she clerked for the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and Liberty Institute.
David is interested in expanding the Kingdom of Heaven, and in practicing his knowledge and abilities in residential real estate development. His previous experience includes working in regional housing and commercial market, utilizing learned proficiency of 15+ years in residential rental properties and flipping properties for revenue. David is also pursuing Kingdom expansion by structuring the men’s movement to disciple, mentor, and inform/equip all males with the ability to become what God has created males to be; Kingdom men.
Born in New Jersey into a struggling family of three, Chris learned the importance of having Faith. Through many setbacks in life, especially losing his Mother at the age of 12, Chris was determined to make something out of his life. Many doors opened for Chris early in his life. He worked for a major mainstream radio station, starred in an independent film and shot various commercials. At the age of 20, Chris felt the call of God. He served on the Chaplaincy team for the Oakland Raiders from 1999-2011, and continues to mentor and speak into the pro athlete community. In May of 2002 Chris gained a bachelor's degree in Church Leadership at Bethany College in Scott's Valley California.
Currently, Chris resides in Ft. Worth, TX where he works for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He’s a husband to his best friend and wife Kristina, and father to two gorgeous girls, Mayah and Aria, and a son, Diego.
Chris loves sports, movie popcorn, white cherry slurpees, working out, traveling, and hanging with his family.
His mission is to impact and inspire this generation to make ethical and moral choices throughout their lifetime based on Biblical truths to impact the culture.
