Marshall Foster is a bestselling author, popular educational and motivational speaker, and leading Christian historian. Thousands of Americans across the country have benefited from his one- to two-day teaching seminars.
Marshall is the author of the book The Christian Home Learning Guides, a homeschool history curriculum. He has also written the historical introduction to the republication of the 1599 Geneva Bible, which was used by the Pilgrims and early settlers of America. It's now available, after being out of print for 400 years.
As the Director of Education for American Christian Tours, Marshall has overseen the education of more than 12,000 students and families each year on teaching tours of the historic East Coast. He also leads inspirational tours to the British Isles and Continental Europe, teaching the stories of the liberty heroes and freedom trail that led to America’s liberty.
In collaboration with actor and producer Kirk Cameron, Marshall was a co-producer of two of Mr. Cameron’s films.
Meyer graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington, in 1981 with a degree in physics and earth science. He later became a geophysicist with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) in Dallas, Texas. From 1981 to 1985, he worked for ARCO in digital signal processing and seismic survey interpretation. In 1986 as a Rotary International Scholar, he began his training in the history and philosophy of science at Cambridge University, earning an M.Phil. in 1987 and a Ph.D. in 1991. His doctoral thesis was titled “Of Clues and Causes: A Methodological Interpretation of Origin-of-Life Research.”
1. The evidence from cosmology showing that the material universe had a beginning.
2. The evidence from physics showing that, from the beginning, the universe was been “finely tuned” to allow for the possibility of life.
3. The evidence from biology showing that since the universe came into being, large amounts of genetic information present in DNA must have arisen to make life possible.
In analyzing the evidence from these three fields, Meyer reveals how the data support not just the existence of an intelligent designer of some kind—but the existence of a theistic creator.
The New York Times bestselling author of Darwin’s Doubt presents groundbreaking scientific evidence of the existence of God, based on breakthroughs in physics, cosmology, and biology.
