Peyton is a summa cum laude graduate of Texas A&M School of Law with her Master of Legal Studies. For her undergraduate degree, Peyton earned her Bachelor of Science in Convergence Journalism/Broadcast from Oral Roberts University where she was a Honors Scholar and the Outstanding Senior of the Year within the College of Arts and Cultural Studies. She also served as ORU Student Body President and later interned at FOX News in New York City.


For over a decade, William has worked together with a diverse array of international political actors, organizations, and community leaders, in order to inform policy and help successfully resolve various unique political challenges throughout Europe and North America.
Moreover, William is frequently invited to participate in emergent human rights discourse and provide his insights to the news media and international political forums, such as the UN Human Rights Council, the European Parliament, UC Berkeley, and University of Oxford.
Furthermore, William’s work has been published by a wide variety of newspapers, international organizations, and peer-reviewed journals, such as Palgrave Macmillan, the Macdonald-Laurier Institute, The American Spectator, the Journal of Liberty and International Affairs, and The Times of Israel.
In addition, William is a Jew, as well as mixed-race, and, therefore, he possesses an intimate understanding of the diversity and intersectionality that are inherent to ‘identity’ and ‘experience’ in society.
