Mr. Shackelford is a constitutional scholar who has argued before the United States Supreme Court, testified before the U.S. House and Senate on constitutional issues, and has won three state landmark First Amendment and religious liberty cases in the past few years alone. Liberty McArtor is the host of the Know Why Podcast and a co-host for Point of View Radio Talk Show, where she has worked as a writer since 2018. Previously, Liberty taught English at a Christian hybrid school, tutored students in English and writing, and wrote for various outlets and organizations, including First Liberty Institute.Liberty earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Patrick Henry College in Northern Virginia, during which time she interned with the National Journalism Center. Before graduating, Liberty also worked as the talk radio producer for WMAL’s weekend show in Washington, D.C.Today, Liberty lives in North Texas with her husband and their two children, whom they homeschool. They are active in their local homeschooling community and in their church, where Liberty volunteers with the children’s ministry and has helped lead pro-life and single mother outreach.
