Mark is the co-founder and Executive Director of 99 Behind. He has a passion is to be a spiritual father to the lost, a chaplain to his brothers and sisters in law enforcement, and a deputy Marshal serving his community. In those years of discipling teens and leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live, introducing them to Christ and helping them to grow.
He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master’s Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a trained Exchanged Life counselor, freedom minister, Life Coach, a Deputy Marshal and Chaplain.
