Director of Communication and Philanthropy - Council for Life
Suzanne Everbach serves as the Director of Communication and Philanthropy of Council for Life. She has been involved with Council for Life for the past 22 years, first serving on CFL’s Board of Directors before transitioning to their staff. Suzanne draws from her legal, accounting and development background to carry out the Mission of Council for Life with Christ-like love. She is passionate about protecting the sanctity of life. Suzanne is dedicated to educating about the humanity of the unborn child and the profound harm of abortion and to raising funds for life-affirming agencies. She is honored to support CFL’s heroic Beneficiaries serving vulnerable babies and mothers with compassionate care and connecting them with the vital resources they desperately need.
Prior to joining CFL, Suzanne practiced accounting and then law in Dallas, Texas and Brussels, Belgium. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from Southern Methodist University. She is married to Steve, and they have two daughters, Alexandra and Claire.
Executive Director - Council for Life
Lee Anne Morris has been the Executive Director of Council for Life since January 2021. Prior to joining the Staff of CFL, she served on the Board in several capacities. Lee Anne is committed to CFL’s Mission to empower women, men and youth to make life-affirming choices. She uses her experience in law and ministry to educate the public that human life begins at conception. She is passionate about raising funds to protect preborn babies and women from the horrific harm of abortion and to support agencies that share the CFL mission. Over the past 25 years, CFL has given grants of more than $20 million to more than 90 life-affirming agencies in North Texas. Lee Anne strives to ensure that CFL’s work is done with love, mercy, grace, forgiveness, compassion and prayer.
In 2020, CFL joyfully began a CFL Affiliate in Central Texas by connecting with community and church leaders. Since then, the CFL Central Texas Board has raised and donated more than $568,000 to 13 life-affirming agencies in Central Texas. Lee Anne is confident CFL will establish new Affiliates throughout Texas and across the country.
Prior to joining CFL, Lee Anne had several leadership roles in Bible Study Fellowship and practiced law in Dallas, Texas. She attended Franklin and Marshall College and Emory University School of Law. She is married to Jim, and they make their home in Dallas, Texas and have two sons, Chris and William.
