Born and raised in the Dallas Fort Worth area, Senior Pastor Cedric White has dedicated his life to the success of today’s family and helping heal the hearts of those hurt by misguided relationships. Through teaching God’s word as a minister, trainer, educator, and pastor, Cedric has helped transform lives and builds disciples. Disciples that have developed personal relationships with God. Cedric is known for saying “It’s about relationship…not religion.” That quote was born out of his work as a relationship counselor and is being manifested in his pastoral calling today at Heart Fellowship in Prosper, Texas. Cedric began his 30+ years in ministry as a youth pastor for many years and then became the associate pastor at Koinonia Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Dallas. Cedric is a graduate of the Southern Bible Institute of Dallas, Texas, Christian Ministry Training Institute of Covenant Church in Carrollton, TX and a Board-Certified Belief Therapist of the Therapon Belief Counseling and Therapy Foundation. His speaking style is described as engaging, biblical, transparent, humorous yet practical. He is known to say, “I don’t believe in speaking just to be heard, if something I share can’t be applied to your life to affect positive change, I’ve wasted your time.” In addition to pastoring Heart Fellowship, Cedric and his wife Michelle own and operate Healing Thine Hearts Ministries, a Christian based counseling ministry for couples and families. George Barna is a professor at Arizona Christian University and Director of Research at the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University, focusing on worldview assessment and development, and cultural transformation. He is also the Senior Research Fellow at Family Research Council’s Center for Biblical Worldview. He was the founder of The Barna Group (which he sold in 2009), the Barna Institute, the American Culture and Faith Institute, and Metaformation. Through these entities, he has conducted groundbreaking research on worldview, cultural transformation, ministry applications, spiritual development, and politics. He has provided research and strategy for several hundred parachurch ministries, thousands of Christian churches, the U.S. military and Fortune 500 companies. Having begun his research career in the political arena, he has provided polling for numerous political campaigns and has provided polling and strategy to four presidential candidates. They have three adopted daughters and three grandchildren, and currently live on the central California coast and in the Phoenix area. Russ Vought joined the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) when President Trump took office. Vought served as Director of OMB for nearly two years, first in an acting capacity and then confirmed by the Senate. He was a member of the President’s Cabinet and was responsible for overseeing the implementation of the President’s policy, management, and deregulatory agendas across the Executive Branch. During the Trump Administration, OMB was a key office in pushing for conservative victories and helping President Trump cut through bureaucracy. During his four years at OMB, Russ was one of Trump’s most trusted and competent managers, even called by The Economist, the President’s Toolkit. Prior to serving in the Trump Administration, Russ spent more than 20 years working in Washington, D.C. with grassroots and public policy organizations. He worked for seven years as Vice President of Heritage Action for America. Prior to this, he worked on Capitol Hill, serving as the Policy Director for the House Republican Conference, under then-Chairman Mike Pence, and as the Executive Director of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), and as a legislative assistance for U.S. Senator Phil Gramm. Russ graduated with a BA from Wheaton College in 1998 and a JD from the George Washington University Law School in 2004. He lives in Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
