Monica is a graduate from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management where she spent over a year in Hong Kong as a missionary during her studies. Post graduation she spent several years in the corporate world as a recruiter where she quickly became one of the top earners in her company. For the past 5 years Monica has built her career in the non profit arena where she has been using her talent to service local and global non profits. She even launched her own non profit - We Are Unveiled - an online organization empowering women with their story which has effectively reached the female millennial generation. Monica also serves as an associate for Leadership Network.

Monica believes the principles and wide variety of experience she has had on the mission field, at the corporate level, and launching/working for Non-Profit's has uniquely qualified her to impact this generation for the Kingdom.
