Before joining Government Affairs at Family Policy Alliance, she served as the Deputy Director for the Centers for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Labor in the Administration of President Donald Trump. Nicole has also served as Director of Policy for Texas Values. While at Texas Values, she led efforts to pass the Save Chick-fil-A Law protecting religious freedom, among other pro-family efforts. In addition to her work in the legislature, Nicole also defended family values at the Texas State Board of Education, Texas Department of State Health Services, and multiple local government entities.
