Along with serving on Prestonwood’s preaching and pastoral team, Jonathan also serves as Director of the Prestonwood Network under the leadership of Senior Pastor Dr. Jack Graham. In addition, he serves as Director of Prestonwood’s Internship Program which provides leadership and discipleship to the next generation of church ministry leaders.
An alumnus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Jonathan is honored to serve as an adjunct professor in their Professional Doctoral Studies program.
Jonathan and his wife Michelle have been married for 23 years and have five children: Katelyn, Elizabeth, Anna, Joseph, and Olivia. Jonathan and Michelle have a passion to see marriages thrive and for couples and families to experience the joy of Christ-centered living!

As a Christian, he believes that the most important thing in life is to love God and to love people by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has dedicated his adult-life to ministry. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Religion, MA in Theological Studies, and a second master's in religious education. While at Liberty, he met his wife, Patrina. We have been sharing life and ministry together for the last 14 years.
The ministry and the mission he has been actively involved with over the last decade is to make disciples who impact people and policy for Jesus Christ. Some of the ways that he is currently fulfilling this mission is by chairing a Virginia school choice 501c3, Ed Reform VA, serving as the Evangelical Outreach Chair for the Fairfax GOP and by teaching a Biblical worldview class at my local church.
