The child migrant crisis gripping the United States-Mexico border is far from over, according to a scoop from Axios published Monday.

It should be perfectly obvious what’s happening at the border, but the Biden administration and journalistic allies are denying it all the same.

“Our entire administration will always be honest and transparent with the good news and the bad. We’ll level with you when we make a mistake. We’ll straight up say what happened.” That was President Biden on Jan. 21, a day after being sworn into office.

In a 228-197 vote, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Dream and Promise Act on Thursday night, which would provide legal status and a path to citizenship for 2.5 million “DREAMers.”

It would be nice if the media’s affinity for “fact-checking” were still a thing. But it seems to have lost its appeal with a new president.

During the campaign, candidate Joe Biden promised to undo President Trump’s border security policies. He pledged to halt all deportations for 100 days and allow asylum seekers who enter the United States illegally to stay in this country while their cases are considered, rather than wait in Mexico, as Trump required.

A federal judge has slapped down President Biden’s 100 day deportation freeze for illegal aliens, ruling in favor of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who sued against the measure. Read more….
