Elizabeth Graham, Director of the Texas Right to Life, was a recent guest on Point of View. During the show, she talked about one of the strategies that has effectively been used in several states.  It is a law that requires an abortionist to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of each of his clinics.
