Joseph Semprevivo is President and CEO of Joseph’s Lite Cookies, a family-owned, sugar-free cookie business. He also runs the real estate firm Joseph’s Premier Real Estate. He is an adjunct professor of finance, business, marketing, real estate and insurance at Indian River State College and the best-selling author of “Madness, Miracles, Millions.” He is a graduate of Florida International University and New Mexico State University. He is married with seven children. At the age of 9, Joseph was diagnosed with Type I diabetes. He found out that he was a diabetic when he read a newspaper article that included symptoms for diabetes. After some blood work and tests, doctors told his parents that he would be lucky to live past the age of 17. In 1986, he founded Joseph’s Lite Cookies after his father (Larry) -- knowing how badly Joseph wanted to eat cookies again -- experimented until he perfected the perfect sugar-free oatmeal cookie. It was Joseph's first cookie in seven years and it was amazing! He begged his father to make more flavors. From their little kitchen in New Mexico, they began baking 170 sugar free cookies a day and brought them to local grocery stores and businesses for people to sample. Now, Joseph’s Lite Cookies bakes millions of cookies a day and makes other diabetic-friendly products such as sugar-free pancake syrup. Today the cookies can be found in numerous countries and nationwide across the United States in stores such as Dollar Tree, Big Lots, health food stores and major grocery chains across the country.

Geiger has deep roots in the Bachman Lake Community, having worked as a church planter and pastor of Cristo Rey Presbyterian Church from 2002 to 2015. During those years, he experienced firsthand the rich community in Northwest Dallas, as well as the brokenness and challenges created by poverty. Those experiences led to a vision for a new organization that would work alongside Cristo Rey and other churches to serve the educational, material, and emotional needs of the community. He brought this vision to a group of committed leaders who started Casa del Lago in 2014. Shortly after its start, Geiger and his family moved to Los Angeles, where he served for two years as a senior director on the executive leadership team at Pacific Crossroads Church.

Josh Lewis is a CPA who lives in Tulsa and works for the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office. A former candidate for City Auditor with over a decade of experience in auditing governments, Josh has a unique and practical perspective as an outside observer of politics put into practice. Josh graduated from College of the Ozarks--Hard Work U--majoring in Accounting with a minor in Speech Communications, where he was president of the College Republicans. Though a lifelong Republican, Josh stepped down as Treasurer of the Tulsa County Republican Party in 2016 when he could no longer support the candidate chosen to represent his party. As a diligent student of the conservative movement championed by Edmund Burke, Russel Kirk, William F. Buckley, Thomas Sowell, and many others, Josh is passionate about conservatism surviving and thriving in the 21st century. In particular, Josh is interested in sharing with fellow Millennials how the conservative worldview offers solutions to our unique challenges from learning ways to celebrate and revitalize the uniqueness of the multitude of sub-cultures within America, addressing the loss of civil society and institutions that give our lives meaning and community, and continuously striving to balance order and liberty in the soul of the individual and our nation.
