Mike had the great privilege of being born into a Christian home in Louisville, Kentucky with parents who modeled a consistent Godly lifestyle. Though he at times challenged the faith of his parents, God graciously brought him to a saving knowledge of himself as a young man. In college, Mike was deeply impacted by a college ministry called the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and felt a call towards ministry. Following college, God graciously directed Mike to a strong local church in Denton Texas where he initially studied under the Pastor for a year before joining the church. Mike’s plans were always smaller than God’s and he desired to return to his home area to pastor a local church. God chose to keep him in Texas, allowing him to attend the University of North Texas, earning an MBA in 1994; and Dallas Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Theology in 2003. In Texas he also met and married the love of his life, Kerry and they now have three teenaged boys. Mike left the business world and joined Denton Bible’s staff in 1999 and has served there working in Missions since that time. Mike is a testimony of God’s gracious care for His children as God has guided Mike through his life, giving him much more than he ever could have expected or imagined. Mike currently serves as the missions pastor at Denton Bible where he loves to speak of God’s goodness and especially feels blessed to serve alongside and teach other men involved in ministry around the world.

Mike joined C12 as a member in 2010 while serving as an executive pastor for a large church in Texas and owner of a healthcare strategy consulting group. Prior to that he had served in a variety of leadership roles in both operations and sales corporately for the Walgreen Company, financial services as well as strategic development work with Health by Design. In 2011 he exited his commitments to join the local C12 practice in San Antonio as an associate chair serving CEOs across that market. In 2013 he and a partner acquired the greater Central Texas region and stewarded it as it grew to a team of 8 full-time chairmen serving nearly 150 leaders. Mike is passionate about collaboration, strategic planning, Gospel initiatives and BHAG endeavors. With a background spanning Fortune 50 corporate settings, start ups, non-profit and local church, Mike has been discipled into an integrated life perspective around the calling all believers share to be disciple making disciples and ambassadors of Christ across all vocations and contexts. It was in 2005 when God revealed to Mike the perils of a “sacred versus secular” duality in life and since then he’s been on the adventure of living one life in Christ, with work as worship, business as ministry and life as mission. Mike grew up in Alaska, graduated from Trinity International University and the Loyola Graduate School of Business. He married his bijou of an Iowa farmers daughter, Jacqui, in 2002 and they have two daughters.

Miriam Grossman MD is board certified in psychiatry and in the sub-specialty of child and adolescent psychiatry. Before gender ideology was on anyone’s radar, she warned parents about its falsehoods and dangers in her 2009 book about sexuality education, "You’re Teaching My Child WHAT?" Dr. Grossman’s practice currently focuses on gender-distressed young people and their parents. She believes that every child is born in the right body. Dr Grossman has been vocal about the capture of her profession by ideologues, leading to dangerous and experimental treatments on children and betrayal of parents. The author of five books, Dr. Grossman's work has been translated into eleven languages. She has testified in Congress and lectured at the British House of Lords and the United Nations. Dr. Grossman is featured in the Daily Wire’s What Is A Woman?, Fox Nation’s The Miseducation of America, and many other documentaries.
