Sean Noble is president and founder of American Encore, an organization dedicated to furthering the ideas of American exceptionalism, free speech, fiscal responsibility, and a return to American greatness. He is also is a founding partner of DC London, Inc., an award-winning consulting firm that provides political, public relations, and public affairs consulting services to a variety of high-profile clients and campaigns. Noble is also known for his lengthy run with Congressman John Shadegg, ten years of which were spent as Chief of Staff to the Arizona Republican. Additionally, he has managed campaigns for Congress, U.S. Senate, Governor, State Legislature, and ballot initiatives. He was instrumental in turning around Tom Coburn’s first U.S. Senate race, guiding Coburn from an 11-point deficit to a 12-point win in the last seven weeks of the campaign in 2004. In his spare time, when he can find any, Noble enjoys reading, movies, baseball, and, most of all, spending time with his five children.

Ted is committed to ensuring every family has that same opportunity. Ted grew up in Texas. His father, Rafael, fled Cuba after being tortured and imprisoned and came to Texas with just $100. Ted earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton and his law degree from Harvard Law School. After law school, Ted clerked for Chief Justice Rehnquist and then worked in private practice. In 1999, Ted joined George W. Bush’s campaign for president. The best thing about his experience on the Bush-Cheney campaign, by far, was meeting Heidi Nelson, who also worked on the policy team. Heidi and Ted married after the campaign. In 2013, Ted was sworn into the United States Senate, where he has been a passionate fighter for limited government, economic growth, and national security. He has authored dozens of legislative measures that have been signed into law, including expanding 529 college savings accounts to allow parents to save for K-12 public, private, and religious education, repealing Obamacare’s individual mandate, imposing sanctions on terrorists who use civilians as human shields, designating North Korea as a state sponsor of terrorism, targeting Putin’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline through multiple bills that halted construction and kept it stalled, reauthorizing and reforming NASA, holding dictatorships in South America accountable, and ensuring the availability of additional records to help solve civil rights cold cases. He is also leading the fight in the Senate to support Texas jobs, rein in Big Tech, secure the border, and fundamentally reassess the U.S.-China relationship and hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for covering up the coronavirus pandemic, committing human rights atrocities, and engaging in censorship, propaganda, and espionage in the United States.

Sergey Rakhuba has served as the president of Mission Eurasia since 2010. Prior to this, Sergey served as the vice president of Mission Eurasia (then Russian Ministries), overseeing all of our ministries in Eurasia. Originally from Ukraine, Sergey Rakhuba later moved to Moscow, where he lived for many years. He is a gifted national believer who has a great vision for his homeland and the entire Eurasian region. Peter Deyneka Jr., the founder of Mission Eurasia, discovered this young leader in the church in Russia and was quickly impressed by his pastoral and evangelistic abilities. After the Iron Curtain fell, Sergey helped to plant a church near Moscow, and he now has a great desire to help train other nationals to expand evangelism and church growth throughout Eurasia. This burden for training bore much fruit when Sergey helped to establish 52 Evangelism and Church-Planting Centers in key regions of Eurasia. These centers provided training in evangelism and church-planting for Christian workers, and also served as networks for the distribution of Christian training materials and other resources for evangelism and Christian growth. National evangelists and church-planters have started over 1,000 new churches with the training and resources they have received through these centers. Today, as Mission Eurasia’s president, Sergey Rakhuba casts the strategic vision for the organization and plays a leading role in developing and implementing strategic ministry models designed to transform the spiritual landscape of Eurasia.
