Tim was born in 1955 in Littlefield, Texas, and grew up in Big Spring, Texas graduating from Big Spring High School in 1974. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1978 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Upon graduation Dunn worked at Exxon Production Research Company (1978-1980). He then went on to First City Bancorp (1980-1987) and served as an Engineer and Manager of Oil & Gas Portfolios. He then joined Parker & Parsley Petroleum (1987-1995) where he became a founding general partner of Parker & Parsley Development which later became Pioneer Natural Resources. He held multiple positions including Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1996 he co-founded a private oil and gas concern. Currently, Dunn is CEO of CrownQuest Operating, LLC, and EnerQuest Oil & Gas, Ltd., and a partner of Texas Land & Royalty. Dunn is the chairman of the board of directors of Empower Texans and Texans for Fiscal Responsibility. He is also vice chairman of the board of directors at the Texas Public Policy Foundation. He is a founder of Midland Classical Academy, where he serves on the Board of Trustees.

Dr. Tim Elmore is the founder and president of Growing Leaders, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization that provides 7000 public schools, universities, civic organizations, and corporations with resources that foster the growth of young leaders. Since founding Growing Leaders, Elmore has spoken to more than 300,000 students, faculty, and staff on hundreds of campuses across the country, including the University of Oklahoma, Stanford University, Duke University, Rutgers University, the University of South Carolina, and Louisiana State University. Elmore has also provided leadership training and resources for multiple athletic programs, including the University of Texas football team, the University of Miami football team, the University of Alabama athletic department, and the Kansas City Royals Baseball Club. He is the author of more than 25 books and speaks at more than 100 events annually.

Tim Gagnon, “The Fire Painter,” is an award-winning artist, author, speaker, and instructor best known for creating works of art live on stage while his paintbrushes are on fire. For nearly two decades, he has performed and exhibited in galleries, churches, conferences, schools, and stadiums across the country. In 2008 he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology in Columbus, GA and a Master’s in Fine Art (Painting) from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA in May of 2015. An Air Force Veteran, Tim proudly serves with the Patriot Art Foundation, teaching Veterans to share their stories through the arts. He serves on the board, teaches online classes for VA hospitals and is the Host of the Patriot Arts Podcast. Tim is the Vice President for External and Government Relations at Focus on the Family in Washington DC. He served in high-level government posts for two decades. He worked as Special Assistant to President George W. Bush, where he was the Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison from 2001 to 2008. He was the President’s principal outreach contact for conservatives, think tanks, veteran’s groups, faith-based groups, and some of America’s leading cultural organizations. He was a member of the President’s original 2000 campaign and White House staff, serving for nearly 8 years. Also, he has served as a senior fellow at The Heritage Foundation and a professor of government at Liberty University. From 1988 through 1998, Tim was the Deputy Press Secretary, and then Press Secretary and Communications Director, for U.S. Senator Dan Coats of Indiana (who was in the Senate for a decade). Between his time with the Senate and Bush campaign, Tim served as Communications Director for Gary Bauer in his presidential bid. Goeglein is author of many books and he holds Honorary Doctorate degrees from Concordia University, New York City; and from Faith Evangelical College and Seminary, Tacoma, Washington. The most important thing to know about Tim is that he has been married to the love of his life, Jenny, for 31 years, and they have two sons Tim and Paul -- one in public policy and one in the fine arts and music.

Tim Graham is the MRC’s Director of Media Analysis. He is responsible for supervising media analysts and researching and writing regular Special Reports on the news. In 1997 he created and served as editor of the Media Reality Check, a weekly blast-fax report on national news stories that are distorted or ignored. He now shares those duties with Research Director Rich Noyes. In 2001 and 2002, Graham served as White House Correspondent for World, a national weekly Christian news magazine. He wrote cover stories on taxes, abortion, cloning, and other issues, asked questions at briefings with Bush spokesman Ari Fleischer, and interviewed members of Congress and administration officials like then-Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill. Graham is the author of the book Pattern of Deception: The Media's Role in the Clinton Presidency (Media Research Center, 1996), which critiques the media's coverage of Bill Clinton from 1991 through 1995. From 1989 to 1999, he was associate editor of MediaWatch, the monthly and then bi-weekly newsletter of the MRC News Division, where he was responsible for the Study and Janet Cooke Award articles. Seven of Graham's studies were published in And That's The Way It Isn't: A Reference Guide to Media Bias (Media Research Center, 1990). He also assisted in writing the book How To Identify, Expose and Correct Media Bias (MRC, 1994) and the broadcast news criticism section of Jude Wanniski's 1990 Media Guide. Eight of his essays on public broadcasting appeared in Public Broadcasting & the Public Trust (Second Thoughts Books, 1995). Other articles on media analysis have appeared in National Review, The Wall Street Journal, Reason, Human Events, Diversity & Division, Comint, Chronicles, The World & I, The Washington Times, World, Heterodoxy, and The Detroit News. Graham is a regular talk-radio spokesman for the MRC and has made television appearances on MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, The 700 Club, and PBS's This is America with Dennis Wholey.

Congressman Tim Huelskamp (HYUELS-camp) was elected to his first term as a United States Representative in November 2010 and was subsequently re-elected in 2012 and 2014. In the 114th Congress he represents Kansas' First Congressional District, known as the "Big First." Congressman Huelskamp was born near and raised on the family farm in Fowler, Kansas. Pioneered by his grandparents Martin and Clara in 1926, the farm operation includes raising corn, cattle, wheat, milo, soybeans and kids. There he learned the value of hard work and personal responsibility, a strong family life and the essentials of his Catholic Christian faith. Congressman Huelskamp attended elementary and high school in Fowler, where he was a Farm Bureau Youth Leader, a member of St. Anthony's Parish, and active in both 4-H and Future Farmers of America. Following high school, Congressman Huelskamp attended a seminary in Santa Fe, New Mexico and completed his bachelor's degree in social science education at the College of Santa Fe. After his undergraduate education, Congressman Huelskamp accepted a scholarship to pursue doctoral studies at The American University in Washington, D.C. In four years, he obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science with a specialization in agriculture policy. During his time at American University, Congressman Huelskamp met his wife, Angela, and together they were active in assisting women in crisis pregnancies. Tim Lambert, president of the Texas Home School Coalition, has been involved in home school leadership in Texas since 1984. He has been the President of THSC since 1990. As the head of the state advocacy organization for the leading home school state in the country, he is recognized as an authority on home education and parental rights issues in Texas. In this capacity, he has testified before numerous Texas legislative committees on issues related to home schooling and parental rights. He and his organization often interface with state and federal government agencies, including the Texas Education Agency and Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, and The Social Security Administration on parental rights and home education issues. He has testified as an expert witness on home education in numerous court cases and was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to serve on a Parental Advisory Committee to provide expertise to CPS on parental rights issues from 2007-2008. Tim holds a BA in political science from Texas Tech University and is active in the political arena, having served eight years as Republican National Committeeman for Texas. He is dedicated to serving the home school community and protecting the fundamental constitutional right of parents to direct the care, control and upbringing of their children.

For more than four decades, Tim Menzies has written, recorded and performed with some of the biggest names in music. As a songwriter, his compositions have been recorded by George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood, Randy Travis, Patty Loveless, Toby Keith, Shenandoah, Martina McBride and Trace Adkins, among others. He has been a sought-after session musician, having played guitar on recordings by many top artists. The Mechanicsville, Virginia, native grew up performing along the East Coast and in Canada with his four siblings and parents. In addition to their own concerts, The Menzies Family regularly opened for such legendary artists as Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, George Jones, Loretta Lynn and Merle Haggard. Upon moving to Nashville in 1980, Menzies began his professional career as a founding member of the acclaimed Warner Bros. country group Bandana. Following a five-year tenure with the band, he released solo albums under the moniker Tim Mensy on Columbia Records and Giant Records before shifting his focus to songwriting. Reba McEntire, Shenandoah, Mark Chesnutt, Doug Stone, Tammy Wynette, and Kenny Rogers, are among many artists who performed Menzies’ most noteworthy compositions. Menzies became a Christian in 1991 and the trajectory of his personal and professional life shifted dramatically. His debut Christian recording, the GRAMMY®-nominated His Way of Loving Me, bowed in 2014, followed by the GRAMMY®-nominated His Name Is Jesus in 2019.
