Today's show is going to be jam packed. In the first hour our host Kerby Anderson welcomes Dr. Eric Willis and Probe Ministries Byron Barlowe. They join him live in our studio. They'll discuss Eric's new book Rooted & Resilient: A Minister's Guide to Thrive. Then in the second hour, Kerby welcomes back Diane Ferraro. Diane will share their new weekly pregnancy video series and the Save the Storks' road trip across America in observance of our nation's 250 anniversary.
It's going to be a great show, so plan accordingly.

Dr. Eric Willis is the Founder and Executive Director of Reclaim Leadership, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to the well-being and resilience of pastors and missionaries who are doing their best to stay the course. He knows that world from the inside. Eric served as a pastor for over 30 years in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas before transitioning into consulting, writing, and speaking. His focus? Spiritual well-being, resilience, and what he calls conflict redemption; the conviction that something meaningful can still come out of the hard places. His story is a little unconventional. He went from college dropout to earning two Master of Arts degrees in Education and Psychology, then completed his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Positive Leadership from Abilene Christian University. As a Positive Leadership Consultant, Eric has written three books — Breathing Space, Sacred Conflict, and Rooted & Resilient.Eric has spoken at the annual Right Now Conference, The Timothy Project Conference, The Peacemaker's Conference, and numerous workshops for churches and mission organizations across the U.S. and internationally. He and his wife Jennifer have called the Dallas area home for years. They've been married 35 years, have five sons, five daughters-in-law, ten grandchildren, and one dog who rounds out the chaos nicely.
